This CSA Construction Manager role is crucial for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the project. You will ensure the project progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining a safe working environment.
CSA Construction Manager — Responsibilities
As CSA Construction Manager, you will:
- Manage site safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor, including safety file setup and management.
- Manage subcontractor activities, track progress and manpower, and contribute to weekly meetings.
- Maintain a daily site diary with subcontractor resource levels and photographic evidence.
- Manage site QA, including file setup, subcontractor work inspections, and checklist records.
- Manage the snagging system and implement weekly close outlook coordination.
- Coordinate site activities between disciplines and subcontractors, attending coordination meetings.
- Contribute to the project program and align subcontractors to its requirements.
- Report on commercial impacts to Package Managers for cost capture.
- Issue internal weekly progress reports and supervisor reports.
- Schedule material deliveries and track critical items.

- 7-10 years of experience in civil works or fit-out background.
- Proven record of supervising and involvement in large installation projects.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Experience in design and build.
- Good technical knowledge of CSA systems.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
- Ability to drive a large-scale project.
