CSA Construction Manager

You will lead and manage the CSA team (supervisors, engineers and package managers) to deliver all Civil, Structural and Architectural scope to programme, budget and quality standards. Oversee site safety in partnership with the Project Manager and Safety Team, embedding excellence in Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance. Coordinate procurement, design, engineering and installation of CSA works, developing delivery strategies and supporting commercial scope preparation. Review client designs, identify discrepancies and lead resolution to protect contractual and commercial interests. Manage day-to-day site operations including subcontractor performance, resource allocation and progress tracking. Develop, manage and report on project schedules alongside Planning and Project Management teams. Liaise with design teams to prioritise and issue construction information aligned to programme demands. Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and maintain accurate documentation and records. Attend project meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management. Oversee close-out activities including punch lists, safety files, QA documentation and handover requirements. Support commercial meetings to capture variations and enable accurate change management. Review drawings, setting-out information and coordinate builders works drawings for MEP services. Prepare and issue daily and weekly project reports.
