As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful testing and commissioning of projects. Your contributions will be critical to meeting project milestones and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Commissioning Engineer — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and updating daily analysis reports and monthly schedules.
- Managing project scope, construction progress, resources, critical path, and milestone activities.
- Producing weekly look-ahead schedules.
- Creating baseline schedules encompassing Engineering, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Producing Testing & Commissioning documents.
- Attending and coordinating weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Responsibility for progress & delay analysis reports
Commissioning Engineer — Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project planning skills.
- Ability to lead, guide, and mentor others.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Proficiency in CAD and Database systems related to Engineering functions.
- Familiarity with Project / Primavera planning software.
- Excellent negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
