BIM Lead — Role Overview
This BIM Lead role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of projects through effective BIM management and coordination. You will provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to the BIM team, ensuring adherence to standards and project requirements.
BIM Lead — Responsibilities
As BIM Lead, you will:
- Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team.
- Manage the performance of BIM personnel, delegating and managing workloads.
- Mentor and guide the BIM project team.

- Manage drawing schedules and ensure integration of models into federated models.

- 5+ years’ experience as a BIM Lead
- Excellent organisational, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent IT and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
