You will join an expanding BIM team delivering coordination milestones on large-scale construction projects. This is a site-based role requiring close collaboration with package managers, site engineers, and multidisciplinary design teams to resolve clashes and drive installation efficiency.
BIM Coordinator - Dublin x 3 — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Managing and resolving clashes and coordination issues between all disciplines
• Producing drawings, specifications, and schedules per project BIM Execution Plans
• Delivering all 2D and 3D coordination milestones on multiple concurrent projects
• Liaising directly with package managers and site engineers on complex MEP installations
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior BIM team members
• Ensuring model integrity and coordination quality across project lifecycles
• Contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards
BIM Coordinator - Dublin x 3 — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• 4+ years' experience working on multiple large construction projects
• Previous Revit experience with MEP bias
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
Desirable:
• AutoCAD experience
• Navisworks experience
